Silver Beige Standard Poodle

I am needing to re-home my three year old Standard Poodle. She just turned three in March. Lola is up to date on all of her vaccinations and is a very intelligent dog. She weighs 50 pounds and is about 24 inches tall. She is unaltered, because she has never came into a full heat and therefore never been able to get pregnant. So breeders do not contact. She is a man's best friend and prefers men over women. She is also a great guard dog. Lola is a VERY high energy dog and requires a lot of attention. She would not do well in a kennel or apartment. She needs someone who has an active lifestyle, so she can exert some of her energy. She does not do well around children, so she will be going to a home with no kids. She has never been aggressive, but tries to assert dominance over whoever she can. She is not the alpha female among our other dogs though. She does chase our cats, but has never offered to hurt one of them. She is extremely intelligent and would do great in some kind of agility. She loves going on hikes and could run for miles. We will ask questions to whoever inquires about her, because we want her to go to the best home possible. We will not ship her, so you would have to be willing to travel.
