Pineapple Green Cheek

High red pineapple green cheek male. He's 3 years old and closed banded. Eating Zupreem pellets and higgins cockatiel seed blend. His parents nipped the tip of his wing so he does not grow flight feathers on that wing. He gets around fine but cannot “fly” like a fully flighted bird.
