akc labradors ofaexpecting litter

We are expecting a litter of puppies form Rocky and Pumpkin in the beginning of April. This will be their first litter. Both are family dogs. Pups will not be kennel raised but raised in the house with lots of love and plenty of exposure to people and other animals. Both of Pumpkins parents have ofa’d excellent. How rare it that! Our boy Rocky will be tested shortly for hips elbows and EIC and we expect no problems because of his good breeding. Rocky is tri factored black, Pumpkin is a genuine red going back to the famous Keepsake bloodlines. Well-known for their quality imported dogs from England. Pumpkin is English and very typey. Rocky is American/English and has a more American look. He is super athletic with his hunt type. Both love the water and long hikes. Both have a super on/ off switch and calm right down in a household environment and become instant couch potatoes. Both are typical labs, have superior temperaments and are great with all people, children and other animals even our 5 cats and Doxies. Pups will be sold with restricted AKC registration unless other arraignments are made. We feel very strongly that only inside homes need apply for these pups. No kennels, no outside homes no exceptions!!! Labs need lots of room to run and are not generally suited to apartment life unless you are willing to make a huge commitment to their exercise requirements and you have landlord approval. Houses with large fenced in yards preferred, extra bonus for children ! Sorry but we are going to be picky about where these babies go. We are going to begin to take a 4 deposits initially for this exciting litter. Chance of all colors. $200 nonrefundable deposit. Deposits will have pick of puppy based on order of deposit.
